What I do

I plan, develop, and manage security measures for our IT network, making sure we stay protected from common cybersecurity threats. I’m constantly reviewing our computer systems and data to find any gaps in security, and I do a lot of research and testing to keep all of our systems up to date.

What are the best parts of my job?

I’m always looking at the big picture and tying that into the smaller details needed to integrate security tools. I get to work with lots of different people from across the company and use their feedback to create a plan that can suit a wide range of needs. It’s a big job with a lot of moving parts, and I get to put them all together!

How does my job make an impact?

My job is all about keeping our company safe from outside threats. It’s something I can take a lot of pride in, knowing that I’m helping us stay one step ahead of the bad guys.
